The overall market is seeing one of its biggest rallies of 2012 and is now positive on the year again. Traders are hopeful of seeing some kind of stimulus from the Federal Reserve in the next few months to help combat the current economic slowdown. Some analysts are looking at this rally as a technical rally after the market became oversold.
The Dow is currently up 206 points, the Nasdaq is up 56 points and the S&P 500 is up 22 points.

Bio-Matrix Scientific Group, Inc. (OTC:BMSN) is up 84.62% today at $0.0048. BMSN has traded 42 million shares so far today, way above its normal volume of 65 thousand shares. BMSN shares are up today after announcing news today about beginning clinical development stem cell studies with Clinartis.
Cleantech Transit, Inc. (OTC:CLNO) is up 36.75% today at $0.08. CLNO has traded 6.5 million shares so far today, way above its average volume of 185 thousand shares. Cleantech provided details on building additional power plants earlier today.
